Yura Spa, a subsidiary of Grupo Gloria, has sold its 19.71% stake in Chile’s cement producer Cementos Bio Bio (CBB) to Belgium’s Carmeuse Holding for more than US$100 million. The deal follows Carmeuse’s successful takeover bid and aligns with the company’s interest in CBB’s lime production subsidiary Bio Bio Cales (we reported here 07. August 2025).
